Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.
We choose 3-4 miles hiking trails around I-90 area and go to hiking for about 4-6 hours.
The violin class is a program that high school students learn under the guidance of violinist Chung Yong-woon to teach autistic adults as volunteers.
The art class involves drawing, painting, origami, balloon art, craft-making, and flower arrangement.
Mental endurance and physical stamina are tested through holding postures for extended breaths. Yoga is for everyone.
Planting requires cooperation in working together to grow food while reinforcing confidence, social, behavioral, and communication skills.
